Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery area

Our standard furniture delivery service covers Sydney and surrounding areas up to 80 km from our Sydney Olympic Park location. Delivery outside this area may be available by quotation. Please contact us before ordering.

Delivery fees

Within 30 km: $50, or free for orders of $500 or more.

Over 30 km and up to 50 km: $100, or free for orders of $2,000 or more.

Over 50 km and up to 80 km: $200, or free for orders of $3,000 or more.

Beyond 80 km: quoted individually before delivery is confirmed.

Delivery timing

In-stock items are generally delivered within 7 days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability, delivery scheduling and access conditions. During major promotions or unusually busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. Pre-order, custom-made and out-of-stock items follow the estimated lead time shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.

After you place an order, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Orders containing several items are normally delivered together once all items are ready. Split delivery may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional fee.

Storage

We can hold a confirmed order free of charge for up to one month. Longer storage must be arranged in advance and may incur a fee.

Basic assembly and access

Basic furniture assembly is included with standard delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please advise us before delivery if the property has stairs, narrow doors or hallways, lift restrictions, difficult parking or other access limitations.

A one-off $40 fee applies where entrance access involves more than 8 steps. If a large item must be carried to an upper floor by stairs because no suitable lift is available, the fee is $40 per large item, per floor. Large items include sofas, bed frames, mattresses, dining tables and wardrobes. Any additional access charge will be confirmed before delivery.

Receiving your order

An adult must be available to receive the order at the agreed time. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the access information supplied was incomplete, a redelivery or additional handling fee may apply.

Please inspect the items at delivery where practical. If you notice visible damage, tell the delivery team before they leave and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos.
