Peachpod Furniture Warranty – Australia

Peachpod Furniture provides the following voluntary warranty periods from the date of delivery:

• Standard sofas, recliners and eligible upholstered furniture: 3 years on the internal structural frame.

• Compression sofas: 1 year. The 3-year structural frame warranty does not apply.

• Sofa beds: 1 year.

• Mattresses: 10 years.

• Cabinets, tables and chairs: 2 years.

• Other products not listed above: 1 year unless a different period is stated at the time of purchase.

• Clearance and display items: the warranty period and any known condition will be stated at the time of purchase.

This voluntary warranty covers manufacturing and material defects arising under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in timber, stone, leather or fabric, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, damage caused by moving or incorrect assembly, or use in an unsuitable environment.

To make a claim, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the issue and provide your order number, contact details, a description of the problem and clear photos or video. We may need to inspect the item before confirming the appropriate solution.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
